To express gratitude for the employees’ hard work and foster a harmonious and friendly team atmosphere, in April 2014, the company organized an outbound tour for all employees to Mount Sanqing and Zhuge Bagua Village. This activity not only strengthened the cohesion of the Yubang team but also allowed everyone to appreciate this historic border town, steeped in fresh and simple air.
The company attaches great importance to this event and has made detailed arrangements for the entire tour in advance, sending designated personnel to lead the group. During this tour, employees visited places such as Mount Sanqing and Zhuge Bagua Village. The fresh air, gentle sunshine, and breathtakingly beautiful mountain scenery—featuring towering granite pillars and peaks in secluded valleys—were simply mesmerizing.
The Yu Bang people opened their hearts and truly took a moment to relax, savoring the vastness and generosity of nature. Along the way, everyone was filled with enthusiasm and showed genuine care for one another. The journey was brimming with joyful songs, laughter, warmth, and harmony. While thoroughly enjoying themselves, they deeply felt the warmth of the company’s big family and firmly reaffirmed their determination and confidence to contribute their wisdom and strength to the company’s development.
Through this tour, employees not only relieved their daily work pressure and tension but also enriched their emotional lives and enhanced their personal cultivation.
