The half-yearly general meeting is not only a comprehensive summary of our past six months, but also a clear target and idea for our work in the second half of the year. 18 July, Suzhou Yubang half-yearly general meeting was successfully held on such a day, the company's management and supervisors attended the meeting with a total of 27 people.
　　Before the meeting began, a cheerful laundry and mopping dance was performed, which helped everyone to put aside the usual urgency and stress and participate in the meeting in a relaxed and happy mood.
　　In the first half of 2020, in the face of sudden epidemics and tough market conditions, although many industries were affected, Yubang, thanks to the concerted efforts of all staff, is still growing steadily. ......
　　Sales centres: actively improving product pricing systems and analysing customer development strategies.
　　Research and development centre: to tackle technical problems, develop five new products and overcome three major technical problems.
　　Operation centre: full cooperation to improve quality, increase production capacity, recycle packaging materials, promote cost reduction, numerous technical reform projects, proposals for improvement and orderly progress.
　　Management centre: self-analysis of the company, comparison with the industry, finding gaps; constant analysis of material price fluctuations, helping the company to keep the cost line.
　　We all think alike, we all work together, and we all work as one. It's all about achieving goals ......
　　Afterwards, each department reviewed the objectives, work priorities and action plans put forward at the beginning of the year, shared the achievements and highlights of their work, faced the shortcomings sincerely, made an all-round analysis and review, and formulated a landable action plan for the improvement and work priorities in the second half of the year. During the meeting, everyone took an active part in the discussion and helped the front-end departments to identify problems and provide suggestions from the perspective of internal customers.
　　In the afternoon, Mr. Xiao made a half-year business summary. He also analysed and grasped the global PV industry development trend and the opportunities and challenges faced by Yubang. He clarified the company's strategic policy and objectives for the next five years and announced the new corporate culture, stressing that we must dare to change and that only through change can we be stable and far-reaching. Mr. Xiao's words were inspiring and encouraging to all present, and he believed that everyone would be more determined to build bricks and platforms for our common "Yubang", to live up to the mission and share the vision.
　　The final "ORID Focused Strategy Landing" facilitation workshop divided participants into four groups to review objectives, focus themes, synchronize thinking, build consensus and make efficient decisions through four levels: data, understanding, feelings and decisions, to summarize the output of the day's meeting, further improve team creativity and make the strategy really land.
　　"Suzhou Yubang has the ability and more confidence to face the future development situation of the industry calmly, think ahead and improve quality and efficiency. From now on, we will roll up our sleeves and work hard to ensure the completion of the objectives and tasks for the year 2020 and do our best for the sustainable development of the company.
