Direct Reading Spectroscopy Laboratory

　　The function of direct reading spectroscopy laboratory is used to test the content of metal elements in solder.

Physics laboratory

　The function of physics laboratory is used to test material physical properties, such solder thickness, dimension, mechanical properties, electrical properties, weldability, and so on.

Metallographic Laboratory

The function of metallographic laboratory is used to observe the microscopic morphology and internal structure of materials, as well as to measure the microscopic dimensions of materials.

Environmental laboratory

The function of Environmental laboratory is used to test aging resistance property. The major test is salt spray experiment,85℃/85%RH experiment and thermal cycling experiment.

Chemical Laboratory

　　The function of chemical laboratory is used to test the non-volatile matter content in flux, distilled water, resistivity and so on.

Oxygen laboratory

The function of oxygen testing laboratory is used to test the oxygen content in materials.
